So Much Love & Sympathy

It's a bad week when I need to make a sympathy card - this is the first time I've been confronted with the need to make two in one week - words fail me.

So this one is super-easy.  A stamped image coloured with three watercolour pencils - Basic Gray, Basic Black and Whisper White.

The second one is not quite finished as I write this, so I'll share it with you on Monday.

So Much Love for Black & Gold

Black & Gold card featuring the Parisian Flourish embossing folder & So Much Love stamp set

Well, the black and gold on Friday's card inspired me to look for some more things to do with that combination (which is one of my favourites!).

So I embossed some black cardstock with the Parisian Flourish embossing folder, first swiping the inside of the folder with Versamark ink.  After the run through the embossing machine, I added the gold embossing powder and heated it.

Then I gold heat embossed the images from the So Much Love stamp set onto a piece of black cardstock and cut it out with one of the Stitched Rectangles Dies.

I added some layers of Gold Foil Sheet and a bow of Boho Indigo Medley ribbon ... et voila!
